Hi there, Friends! I sure have Christmas on my mind.
Last year, we moved one week before Christmas. We had a garage sale and I sold and gave away almost all my Christmas decor. A lady from a local home decor store showed up and said, “I’ll take it ALL and sell it in my shop!” She purchased the tree you see above with everything on it, and two other trees that I had decorated for xmas.
So, now I’m trying to think ahead about what kind of trees I want to do this year. I’ve been into the red and green theme for years.
I may do something completely different this year.
Hmm, what to do, what to do????
I have some ideas up my sleeve and can’t wait to get started. As silly as this sounds, I am ready for a peppermint mocha holiday drink and some Christmas music…hurry up winter! 😉
We are now upon the rainy season here in Washington State, so I’m going to blame my “Christmas mood” on the weather, ha!

Well, no matter WHAT you do, Liz, I guarantee it will be PERFECT! You have such a good eye and talent for putting things together. As much as I don't want to SEE winter I can't wait to see your TREE(s)-cuz you KNOW there will be more than ONE! xo Diana
Love your trees, Liz ! I can't beleive you got rid of everything ! I can't wait to see your Christmas decorations this year ! I am starting November 1st ! 🙂 Happy decorating !~Priscilla
Christmas decorating is always on my mind!! Last year I did a leopard tree and loved it so much that I will do it again this year – looking forward to seeing your ideas!
Girlfriend you are always two steps ahead of me! Since we host Thanksgiving at our house so it's still fall. So after I finish putting away all the dishes from dinner I usually start decorating a bit. It feels like it takes me forever to get it all done. I'm sure what ever you are thinking of will be gorgeous..can't wait to see!
Ha! I knew you had to have Christmas on your mind! We were working on the house for our girls last year; and I didn't get back home until 4 days before Christmas. We put up a tree and decorated the staircase and mantel in record time. Needless to say, it was not my fave. Guess I need to at least start "thinking" about what to do!
Hi, Liz:) I can't believe you sold your xmas décor!!! Ha!!! But, I'm excited to see which direction you go with & what new ideas you have:):):) I never have been one that ever did traditional red & green décor even though I've always loved it. I'm with you…Although I do love the fall season & holidays…Bring on peppermint everything & I can't wait for xmas music & movies:):):)
Liz, I am also thinking what to do this year. I want something different, but for the life of me I don't know what. LOL You are always a great inspiration to me. Lucky lady that bought all your beautiful Christmas decor!
Your not alone Liz…I've been thinking of Christmas decorating too:-) Halloween night starts Hallmarks Christmas shows…can't wait!!
Your trees were stunning, looking forward to seeing what you decide to do this year! 🙂
Thank you so much, everyone! 🙂 xo, Liz
Oh my goodness, Liz, you run on "retail-time" — always 2 seasons ahead! Truth be told, I am already planning what I want to do for Christmas, too! I am not at all surprised that the lady wanted to buy all of your Christmas trees — they were all so beautiful!
