Big News

We are moving…
My husband is getting a new job, but with the same company, and we will be moving in 60 days. Guess where?
Virginia, home sweet home! We are so excited, we have missed Virginia more than you can imagine. So, we will be gearing up for the big move soon. I can’t wait to go on our house hunting trip. 
I was just thinking about starting on my spring/Easter decorating, but may have to skip it…too much to do, in so little time. 😉  Anyway, I just want you all to know I’m still around, and will be sharing things here and there between now and the move, so stay tuned. 🙂

  11. We are moving too! We are moving to PA for a year as my husband is going to a school there. After that we are hoping for Virginia! I too love it! Good luck!

  19. Congratulations!! I can't wait to see what you do with your new home and your big move will be here before you know it. I can't say enough how good it is to have you posting again. I only have one suggestion, though……you used to take wide photo shots so we could see more of the room and the scale of things. Could you please think about going back to that way of photographing your rooms? The small, very closeup photos you've been using are hard to imagine in scale with furniture and rooms. Thanks and I look forward to reading about your new adventure.

  21. Congratulations, Liz! I'm so glad for you to get a chance to move back to "Home, Sweet Home" Virginia!My husband and I began our married life in Virginia. We got married in June 1985 and moved to Charlottesville that July. I worked while my husband went to graduate school at UVa. I know your mind is whirling like a top. 🙂 And all the work you guys have put into your home there will be enjoyed by the lucky new homeowners. Now I don't know your hubby but mine would have to have a place he could take his tractor to … even if he had to leave me behind. haha. Safe move and CANNOT wait to see where you guys land and your first decorating venture in the new house.
